• Restoration of deleted content
• Reversal of platform enforcement actions
• Specific response times from third-party platforms

Final decisions remain solely under the authority and discretion of the relevant third-party platform.

4. Client Authorization & Truthfulness

By submitting a case, you certify under penalty of perjury that:

• You are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the digital asset in question
• All information and documentation submitted are truthful and accurate
• You authorize AccRevert to communicate with relevant platform compliance, trust & safety, legal, or security teams on your behalf where necessary

Submission of forged documents, fraudulent claims, impersonation attempts, or misleading information may result in:

• Immediate termination of services
• Permanent refusal of future services
• Forfeiture of payments
• Reporting to applicable authorities where legally required

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Fees for services may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the case.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments are considered compensation for professional time, administrative work, technical analysis, and consulting services
• Certain services may be non-refundable once work has commenced
• Refund eligibility, if applicable, shall be determined solely according to the written agreement provided to the client

Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes made in bad faith may result in legal collection efforts.
